Another nice day in Vegas with no clouds and a high of about
24C.
We ended our odyssey of visiting all the Casinos on the
strip today. We visited Treasure Island, Venetian, Palazzo, Wynn/Encore, Circus Circus and
Cathy really checked out the Fashion Show Mall. To my surprise she didn’t buy
anything but let me know she could have very easily spent a few hundred in a
couple of stores.

For dinner we made reservations at the Steak House in Circus
Circus and both came home very full. We didn’t even have room for dessert and
brought some leftover meat back with us as it was too good to leave.
Tomorrow we will be starting our trek eastward towards home
and hope crossing the mountains this time we will not be exposed to the snow.
We are carefully checking weather and temperatures ahead before booking any
sites.
I forgot to mention yesterday when walking back to the
campground there was a guy (about 20) hanging onto a SUV with his friends in it
driving up The Strip surfing on the road using a restaurant tray. He felt
pretty proud of himself as he didn’t wipe out. I think alcohol may have had something to do
with this.
Tomorrow we will be heading back to Arizona.
